After a restful night and a hearty breakfast, the adventure continues as you travel to the North Inlet Trailhead—your gateway into one of Rocky Mountain National Park’s most scenic and less-traveled backcountry regions.
From the trailhead, you’ll begin your hike deeper into the wilderness, following the North Inlet Trail as it winds alongside rushing creeks, through dense pine forests, and into increasingly dramatic alpine terrain. This section of the journey offers a steady and rewarding ascent, with plenty of opportunities to pause, take in the views, and spot local wildlife.
