    Today, we venture to Haleakala, "House of the Sun," to experience breathtaking views of landscapes and skyscapes from an elevation of 9,740 feet above sea level. We'll see the red slopes of the dormant volcanoes and endemic flora, and we'll keep an eye out for the indigenous Nene bird. 

    As we descend Haleakala, we'll stop for lunch in Makawao, known for its history of cattle and Paniolos. If after lunch you have you have room for dessert, pop in to Komoda Store & Bakery for a famous cream puff or donut on a stick! 

    This afternoon, we will visit the sacred 'lao Valley State Monument and take in the towering peaks and tropical flora of Hawaii. A short walk to the viewing platform at lao Needle provides stunning views of the valley. 

    After a full day of activities, it's time to head to the hotel. Dinner on your own

    This morning, we'll travel to the south shore of Maui for some fun in the water and sun. Board our spacious 54' sloop-rigged sailing catamaran with ample room for lounging and unobstructed views of Kahoolawe and Lanai. Our first snorkel stop is to the iconic Molokini crater, followed by a 2nd stop, usually to Turtle Town. 

    Food and Beverages onboard

    • Breakfast - Your tour starts with a continental breakfast of Mom Coon's 4th-generation cinnamon rolls and chilled tropical fruit, complemented with Kona coffee, hot tea, hot cocoa, or pineapple juice.
    • Lunch - Enjoy our savory teriyaki grilled chicken, a crunchy tossed green salad with Mom Coon's famous dressing, luau rice and soft Hawaiian sweet rolls. Lunch is always served - no buffet lines or paper plates and plastic silverware aboard our first-class boats!

    After snorkeling, we return to the resort for the rest. The afternoon and evening are free for you to enjoy on your own.

  • Road to Hana

    Today, get ready for an incredible adventure on an all-day trip to the super cool town of Hana. The journey itself is the best part! The road to Hana is famous for being one of the most epic drives in the world. It twists and turns along the coast with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, tons of waterfalls to check out (and maybe even swim in!), and amazing tropical plants everywhere. You won't be disappointed!

    Stop along the way at some of the most well-known locations in Hana, including a park where you can swim in a waterfall-fed pool (weather permitting). Relax and enjoy an included lunch on an organic farm.

    Celebrate Hawaii's spirited culture with the entire family at our enchanting oceanfront Maui Luau, featuring awe-inspiring sunsets. Embrace the traditions of our island in a stunning oceanfront setting on Ka'anapali Beach as you experience a shell lei aloha greeting. Witness the Imu ceremony and the unearthing of the pua'a (pig), followed by a feast of roasted pork and sumptuous Hawaiian cuisine. Sip mai tais and exotic cocktails made with local rum and topped with a pineapple wedge. Watch hypnotizing hula dances and feel the beat of the rhythmic drums of Polynesia. See swirling flames in the air by the fire knife dancers.

  • Depart Maui and Travel to Hawaii Island

    After a leisurely breakfast, we check out of our hotel and depart for the airport. We will stop at a food truck near the airport for lunch (on your own) before we fly over to the Island of Hawaii—The Big Island—to continue our adventures.

    Our Hawaii adventure continues on the Big Island. 

    After landing and collecting our bags, we will go to Kona Joe's Coffee for a tour of their locally owned coffee fields and experience the art of coffee roasting as you craft your coffee. From there, you will be transferred to your hotel, the Royal Kona Resort, to relax and enjoy the rest of the day and evening on your own.

  • Next, we head to the world-famous Volcanoes National Park, where we start our adventure with lunch at the Rim Restaurant located inside the Volcano House on the edge of the Kilauea caldera. Afterwards, we experience the park with an exciting 3-hour guided fat tire e-bike tour!

    Afterwards, we drive to Hilo town for shopping and perhaps a snack for one hour. We will then drive to Rainbow Falls for a short walk to the 80-foot waterfall in a beautiful park.

On this helicopter ride, you'll experience beautiful waterfalls cascade thousands of feet into the rainforest below, where remnants of ancient Hawaiian settlements are still visible. This scenic adventure is one you won't soon forget!

    Guests will join us on a 5-10 minute ride on our Hawaiian double-hull canoe to the manta ray snorkel site near the mouth of Keauhou Bay (1/4 mile from the pier). Your professional guides will provide a safety briefing, instructions on using snorkel gear, and fit the group with wetsuit tops to keep you warm in the water. Guests will then be guided into the water and positioned along the perimeter of our Light Board. A professional guide will be in the water with guests at all times! While guests watch for manta rays, we keep the Light Board in position. Simply hang on to the handles and effortlessly float, face down, with the help of the provided flotation devices. The powerful lights attract photosynthetic plankton toward the group, and the manta rays come in search of the plankton! We will reposition the group as needed for optimal manta ray viewing! No providers in Kona offer free swimming or snorkeling with the manta rays. All guests will hold onto a Light Board. The Stationary and concentrated light is your best chance to attract manta rays while keeping everyone safe.
