“I did the Great Salt Lake & Antelope Island Day Tour out of Salt Lake City on 7 June 2025. The tour was excellent and the guide, Blake was wonderful - he was a really safe driver, very personable, knew all the places to look for wildlife and we saw most animals listed in the tour description. The views from the island were fabulous - the sunset wasn’t too good that night but the views and colours were and I managed to get some wonderful photographs. Thanks Blake for an informative tour and for helping me over those rocks !”

“We took the half day tour to Antelope Island on the Great Salt Lake. This was a great trip- we only had one chance to get out and see the natural beauty around SLC during our visit. I’m glad we chose this tour. Our guide Blake was knowledgeable not just about the city but about the wild life, plants and geology of the region. He was able to pick out animals for photo opportunities and made sure we saw the best views in the park. The tour was lovely and a great way to squeeze in a lot of nature in half a day. 100% recommend!”

  • Made paths, boardwalks and paved overlooks. Under two miles of walking on any day, and you can sit most of it out.
  • Some viewpoints sit above 8,000ft, where the air is thin enough to notice. Nothing is scrambled, roped or exposed.
  • Not suitable for a wheelchair or a walker — the ground is even but it is not always paved. Fine with a walking stick. Tell us when you book and we will plan around it.
  • Your guide may change or drop a stop for weather, road closures or time. What is walked on the day is their call.

Anything specific — a knee, a hip, a height worry, a wheelchair — is worth one phone call to 800-970-5864. We would rather move you to a different trip than have you on the wrong one.
