Yellowstone National Park Day 1
Arrive Jackson
Today you will be met by your private driver for a transfer from the airport to the beautiful scenic town of Jackson. Jackson is in Northwest Wyoming, close to the south end of Grand Teton National Park. It is the gateway to two of the United States' best-known national parks, Grand Teton itself and nearby Yellowstone. The combined elements of beautiful mountain scenery, Old West heritage, tourist traps, and celebrity residents give this small town a unique atmosphere both cosmopolitan and frontier. "Jackson" is the name of the town, while "Jackson Hole" refers to either the greater valley area or the Jackson Hole Ski Resort.
Jackson Hole is a veritable paradise for outdoor lovers. Choose between hiking, horseback riding, white water rafting, river raft- floating, fly fishing, a hot springs tour, a biking tour, an excursion focusing on birding or a tour taking in Teton, and Yellowstone National Park.

Float Snake River
Today you will explore Teton River on a scenic float. With a river guide, enjoy a late morning shared scenic river float along the Snake River that begins at the Wilson boat launch (west of Jackson) and floats downstream to a private riverside camp for a gourmet picnic lunch. Lunch includes turkey & cheese on locally-baked bread from the Mexican bakery, The Bread Basket (with tomatoes, banana peppers and more), Thai broccoli salad with peanut sauce, seasonal fruit salad, chips and home-baked cookies or similar. Lemonade and water. Picnic tables and a restroom provided.

Yellowstone and Grand Teton
Set out on a full-day private guided tour of Wyoming's Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. Yellowstone National Park is America's first National Park, established in 1872. Among its many treasures are the famous Old Faithful Geyser and inspiring Grand Canyon of Yellowstone. The park is also known for its world class fly fishing, active geologic features, and abundance of large mammals. Grand Teton National Park features the impressive Teton Range, as well as a near pristine ecosystem, featuring the same species of flora and fauna that have existed there since prehistoric times. With your guide, you'll cover significant area within both parks, connected by the John D. Rockefeller Jr. Memorial Parkway.
