Fly into Missoula, MT, any time today. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the hotel via the hotel shuttle. Your Southwest Adventure Tours guide will meet you in the lobby with your room key and get you situated and ready for your adventure. Travel north through “Big Sky Country” and start your day with a visit to the National Bison Range. Afterwards, enjoy a scenic drive along the shores of Flathead Lake on your way to the small lakeside town of Big Fork. Big Fork is home to wonderful art galleries and restaurants. You will have time to explore and have lunch on your own. In the afternoon, you will continue traveling through Glacier National Park, over to the east side of the park and explore Two Medicine Lake, Running Eagle Falls, Appistaki Falls, and other areas. End your day relaxing at your lodging.

Today, you will take in the grandeur of Glacier National Park "The Crown of the Continent,” as you begin with a scenic drive through the area, passing by St Mary’s to Many Glacier. We will have the full day available to explore the Many Glacier section of the park. You can choose to spend your with options of hiking, horseback riding, kayaking, canoeing, or relaxing on the shores of Swiftcurrent Lake or Lake Josephine. In the late afternoon, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a unique experience with Iron Shield Creative. This experience includes a cultural adventure hike with an Indigenous team and an opportunity to learn about the ancient stories and history of Glacier National Park. This is a special experience you won't soon forget! Once finished, you will return to your hotel and then have a group dinner at a local restaurant.

After checking out of the hotel, you will travel to St Mary’s. The morning will be spent exploring this area including a scenic cruise on St Mary’s and a short hike to a waterfall. After lunch, you will travel the world famous Going to the Sun Road from St Mary’s to Lake McDonald. Take a 52-mile drive that crests the Continental Divide at Logan Pass, famous for its majestic snow-capped mountains, deep valleys, and shimmering lakes. In the late afternoon, you will travel to Whitefish and your hotel, with evening free to explore the downtown area of Whitefish.

Enjoy a full day exploring the west side of Glacier National Park, with time to take in the beauty of the Lake McDonald area and the charming outpost of Polebridge. After breakfast, depart the hotel for a visit to Lake McDonald, where you'll have to opportunity to hike, paddle by kayak or canoe, or simply relax along the peaceful shores near Apgar. Afterward, continue to Polebridge for lunch at the historic Northern Lights Sallon and take the time to explore this rustic, off-the-grid community. In the late afternoon, return to Whitefish, where you evening is free to unwind or explore the town at your own pace.

It’s a simple, transparent cancellation waiver designed to provide flexibility for our guests and clarity in our booking process.
What TPP is-and Isn't
- Not Insurance. It is SWAT's own cancellation waiver.
- Coverage: Full refund of Swat-collected tour price and SWAT-sold add-ons (e.g., optional activities, additional nights of lodging, etc).
Who & What's Eligible
- Who: Any named traveler on a SWAT booking (direct or qualifing agency/partner sale).
- When: Must be added at initial checkout (cannot be added later).
- Exclusions:
- Cruise or third-party products (e.g., AMA Waterways) outside SWAT's control.
- Air or rail tickets not booked by SWAT
- Government fees (e.g., park passes).
- Wholesale agreements that prohibit supplier waivers.
How to Purchase

Cancelling Under TPP
- Deadline: You may cancel through 11:59 pm local time in your tour's start city on the day before your first activity.
- Process:
- Call or email the contact on your confirmation notice.
- We'll log your request timestamp (with time zone) and ask for a brief written confirmation via email to info@southwestadventuretours.com.
- Refunds: We refund 100% of all SWAT-collected tour and SWAT add-on amounts. The 10% TPP fee is retained.
After the Deadline
- If you cancel on or after your tour start date, or are a no-show, SWAT cancellation terms apply (no refund of tour amounts).
Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your protected booking once within 12 months of your original departure date at no additional TPP fee.
- If your new tour price is higher you pay only the difference in TPP fee; if lower, there will be no refund of the original fee.
Timing of Refund
- Once we receive your written cancellation request, Accounting initiates your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Actual bank posting time depends on your bank's processing schedule.
